Keep Going Signal

The click shapes small precise exact increments of behavior, and it is used from the very beginning of training.The KGS is conditioned later, when you start building duration behaviors. The click marks one precise point very strongly,  whereas the KGS marks whole long swaths of behavior much less strongly. A click is a paycheck, a KGS is "keep this up, and I'll pay you."
