I have rescued this beautiful yellow lab that is approximately 7-9 months old. He was picked up in the beautiful countryside of North Carolina roaming freely, placed in a shelter and then I found him two days later. He was at the shelter for a total of 7-8 days.

Everything about Brodie is perfect.  However - my challenge is that we live in a Condo Community and every time I take him out for a walk - he barks continuously at other dogs - while pulling on his leash and pulling me. His tail is still wagging and the hair isn't up on his back. But the tone and loudness of his bark have the nieghbors fearful.

 Brodie also barks and behaves the same way towards people/children.

I am not seeing any true aggression. But the Condo Community has given me a month to get his behavior [0] under control.

 I am new to clicker training [0] - just starting. Manners classes to not begin for three more weeks.

Can anyone give me some immediate help?
